1. Services

We provide eSIM data plans for use on compatible devices. Details about data volume and validity period are provided at the time of purchase. Services are prepaid. We also offer Security Features such as Virtual Location, Ad Blocker, and Web Protection.

2. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your password confidential. You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.

3. Purchase and Activation

Data plans can be purchased through our website. You need an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. A stable internet connection is required for activation.

4. Refunds

• Non-Activated Data Plans: Full refunds are available for eSIMs that have not been installed or activated.
• Activated Data Plans: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for minimal usage due to service quality issues.
• Refund Restrictions: Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse or unrelated charges. Refund requests must be made within 30 days.

5. Service Provision and Fair Usage

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Unlimited data plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Misuse may result in service suspension.

6. Roaming

Roaming charges may apply and deplete your data plan faster. We are not responsible for compliance with roaming regulations.

7. Suspension

We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance or breaches of these Terms.

8. Your Obligations

You agree to use the Services legally and not for fraudulent purposes.

9. Charges and Payment

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change. Payments are processed through third-party providers.

10. Termination

You may terminate the Services at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months or €100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services.

14. License Terms

We grant you a limited, revocable license to use our Software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
